WARREN, NJ -- Rainy skies didn’t dampen the excitement of the ribbon cutting for a new school in Warren. (video here)
Joined by representatives of the Somerset County Business Partnership and Warren Township Chamber of Commerce, Apple Montessori Schools celebrated the grand opening in Warren Township of its 16th school location on Thursday April 15.
“Before the pandemic the Business Partnership used to do 50 to 60 ribbon cuttings per year,” said Somerset County Business Partnership President and CEO Chris Edwards. “Now that we’ve only been able to do a few since last March, I think we, as a business community, appreciate everything that goes into starting a business and will work harder to support those businesses. I want to congratulate the team at Apple Montessori School on their ribbon cutting and we look forward to assisting them in any way we can in the future.”

Apple Montessori Schools location in Warren is in a 13,000 square foot building that is the former location of The Primrose School Warren The building sits on three acres, complemented by three fenced in play areas and an outdoor gardening area, also fenced in for safety. . Apple Montessori Warren will offer infant, toddler, preschool/kindergarten, and summer camp programs.
Many Apple Montessori Schools have swimming pools, and Apple Montessori Warren is planning to install a 20-foot by 35-foot heated pool that is uniquely designed to promote a sense of security for children as they develop their swimming skills at their own pace.
