WARREN, NJ - Warren Township Police responded to motor vehicle accidents, credit card fraud, criminal mischief and the forced entry and theft of two safes over the weekend.
Five motor vehicle accidents were reported Friday evening into the early Saturday morning hours. Accidents occurred on Mt. Bethel Rd. Crown Drive and three separate incidents on King George Rd. No injuries were reported.
On Saturday afternoon a Glenview Dr. resident reported the fraudulent use of a credit card in the amount of $3064. Later Saturday, police responded to Quill Penn Way for a report of criminal mischief. Various traffic signs were vandalized with graffiti.
On Sunday, police responded to a commercial burglary at a business in the Bardy Farms Shopping Center. A rear door was forced open and two safes with approximately $5000 cash were removed.
