WARREN, NJ - A police check of a suspicious motor vehicle parked at the Warren Township Library on Nov. 12, led to an arrest.
Meredith Kotler, 51, of Warren, was arrested after it was determined that she had crashed into the center median on Moutain Boulevard, police said.
The vehicle was impounded and Kotler was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, failure to report a motor vehicle accident, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, driving an uninsured vehicle and failure to exhibit a valid insurance card. Kotler was released to a family member, police said.
