WARREN, NJ - The Watchung Hills Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) are hosting a free talk featuring the President and CEO of the Gerber products company, Bill Partyka on Feb. 7. This will be an opportunity for teens and the community to learn about corporate America, working your way up, hiring, brand development over time, and more.
The event starts at 2:30 p.m and runs until 4 p.m. followed by Q&A-meet and greet.
According to the WHRHS FBLA website, the FBLA-PBL Mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs.
High school students that join FBLA receive benefits that include:

FBLA members can also demonstrate their leadership skills through community service projects, fundraising activities, and chapter officer positions.
High school students explore college and career opportunities through a number of cocurricular educational programs. Members take part in academic competitions, networking events with accomplished business professionals at conferences, and community service projects. Plus, members have exclusive access to scholarships from a select group of academic institutions.
