Cam's mother Robin posted on the website this afternoon,"Anthem has reversed their decision due to the outpouring of support via social media! We cannot thank you all enough for your love and support. While this battle is over, the war for Cam and all other kids battling cancer, in particular, brain tumors, continues. You all rock! "
Cam has been battling Ependymoma, brain and spine cancer, since August, 20, 2009. She was just three years old when she was diagnosed.

In the last few weeks, Campbell has had major disease progression. There is no known cure for multiple recurrent anaplastic ependymoma.
Hoyt also says, "Anyone who would like to request a refund of their money, please send me a message and we will happily take care of it. All funds donated will still be used for Campbell's healthcare. However, we do not want to be perceived as disingenuous since the original request for assistance to pay the $10,000 for two months of oral chemotherapy denied by our insurance ccompany is no longer applicable. Anthem reversed their denial and is paying their share of the chemo. Thank you again for all of your support! We are so honored and humbled. Our hearts are warm with the love and kindness of others."
