WARREN, NJ - Get the milk, bread and eggs. Get the generator, gas and chainsaw. With the official start of spring just days away, winter does not want to let go of its hold -- another Nor'easter is headed our way.  The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for the area predicting 5 to 11 inches of new accumulation.

The warning is in effect Tuesday evening through Wednesday evening according to the NWS.  Precipitation is expected to begin in the area after midnight and continue through the day Wednesday.
