Prosecutor Robertson stated that detectives assigned to the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Organized Crime and Narcotics Task Force along with members of the New Jersey State Police received information that on February 14, 2017, an unknown Hispanic male would be in possession of a large quantity of cocaine and would be arriving in the area of Raymond Avenue in North Plainfield, operating a motor vehicle with New York license plates.
Task Force members established surveillance in the area of Raymond Avenue and at approximately 8:53 p.m. they observed a Silver Nissan Rogue bearing New York license plates.
