MORRISTOWN, NJ - President Trump will be making a trip to New Jersey this weekend. According to White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer, on Thursday, the President will begin his trip with a meeting on board the U.S.S. Intrepid and then travel to Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster after spending the evening in Manhattan. 

What does this mean for us? 

What we know for sure is that beginning Thursday May 4, there will be a VIP temporary Flight Restrictions in the area of Morristown and Bedminster. An alert posted by The Morristown Airport indicated that the restrictions are in place which will prohibit aircraft within a 10-mile radius.

The impact on ground is unknown as President Trump is not expected to fly in or out of Morristown airport. However, it is possible for motorists to see traffic and heightened security in the area.
