WARREN, NJ - The call has gone out on social media to, "PLEASE HELP SAVE THE PEAK!" The public hearing on a subdivision on Blazier Road is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 14 and residents who live within 200 feet of this proposed development have received notice. Many plan to be at Monday's Planning Board meeting and have asked their neighbors to attend as well.

 

The meeting is set for 7:30 p.m. at the Warren Township Planning Board meeting in the Municipal Building's Susie B. Boyce Meeting Room located at 44 Mountain Blvd.

Local Residents Have Submitted Plans to the Warren Planning Board to Develop and Remove 200-400 Trees on the Top Of The Watchung Mountain Range (Behind 38/40 Blazier Road). This is one of the highest points in Somerset County and home to many endangered species including Bald Eagles, Hawks and Warblers
