WARREN, NJ - All 10 Somerset County Library System of New Jersey library branches will be closed on Monday, September 7 for Labor Day. The Warren Township Library branch will be closed on Monday September 7 for Labor Day and Tuesday and Wednesday September 8 and 9 for renovations.

Using funds made available by the bequest of George Dealaman, the Warren Township Library branch will be renovating this fall.

Some of the library's collections will be moved to the second floor to provide much needed space to enable the children's area to expand. The Township will be re-carpeting the first floor and for the first time in the library’s existence, art will be on exhibit on a regular basis on the first floor of the building.

On both the first and second floors, the library will be creating more comfortable seating areas and has plans to establish a business area on the second floor for small business owners and business professionals, complete with business books and business magazines, as well as a work station and a conference room that business owners can reserve.

The staff at the library are looking forward to the library's "facelift" and are confident that patrons will be thrilled with the improvements. For further information about the closing or renovations, please feel free to visit the Warren Library or call at 908-754-5554.
