WARREN, NJ - Is this the winter of our discontent? Kids stuck at home? Get out of the cold and take them to the Warren Township Library this week for a couple of special events.


On Thursday, February 5 from 7 to 8 p.m. the Warren  Library is hosting the first ever Harry Potter Book Night. This exciting event gives new and existing fans a chance to take a look at J.K. Rowling’s unforgettable stories and to introduce the next generation of readers to the unique magic of Harry Potter. Children third grade and older are hereby invited to embrace the magic and banish the midwinter blues!  All Muggles and Wizards are invited to join in the worldwide celebration of all things Harry Potter. Enjoy Potter trivia, games, food, crafts and more! Dress code: Wizarding Robes, Harry Potter Fancy Dress, or your best Muggle attire!  Registration is required for this special event.  Please call the Youth Services Department at 908-754-5554 ext 23 to register.

On Saturday, February 7, visit the Warren Library for the Youth Services Department’s seventh annual Winter Festival.  Stop in between 11 am and 3 pm to enjoy crafts, board and WiiU games, face painting and light snacks. No registration is required.  We hope to see you at this enjoyable family event (all ages welcome).  The annual Winter Festival is generously funded by the Friends of the Warren Township Library.
