The Learning Experience of Warren is doing their share to help victims of the hurricane in Puerto Rico.

The school community has responded in a big way and has gone above and beyond to help those in need.   What inspired our school to help is the response that our children had to this natural disaster.  Naturally they were scared, images on TV can be unsettling and confusing, but our teachers made this a learning experience and quickly soothed their little minds.  What came next was a surprise.  Our children wanted to help and The Puerto Rican Relief drive had begun.  To further spear head this effort we have a parent that has direct access to getting these items to the people of Puerto Rico.

We are so moved to be a part of this charitable effort.  We are proud that our community has come out and realizes the importance of helping others, and making a difference.

Here at The Learning Experience our goal is to challenge our students and make them aware of the world around them.  Through this effort we have achieved both.

Puerto Rico is in a state of crisis. In the wake of Hurricane Maria, mass flooding and destruction have put children and families throughout the island at risk. We are happy to announce we will be hosting a Puerto Rico Relief Drive from October 3rd  - November 3rd. Donation box will be located in our front lobby. Please see attached flyer for items in need. All donations are greatly appreciated!
