WARREN, NJ - The polls are now closed and Warren voters had a surprisingly low turnout of 36.35 percent. Only 4,155 Warren voters cast a ballot on Tuesday.
 
Unofficial early results for Governor, State Legislature, Somerset County Freeholder and Sheriff, Township Committee, Warren Township Board of Education,  Watchung Hills Regional High School Board of Education, and two state questions indicate:
Governor Christie was re-elected
State Legislature: Tom Kean Jr.
Freeholder and Sheriff: Provenzano and Walsh
 
Warren Township Committee: Carolann Garofala, who ran unopposed, was re-elected to a three-year term.
 

Warren Township Board of Education: James Sena, Celeste Campos and Lisa DiMaggio
Unofficial results show Sena with 2,110 votes, 123 qualified write-in votes for Celeste Campos and 40 for Lisa DiMaggio. The third write-in candidate, Livio M. Mancino, had 30 votes. 
All results must be certified by the Somerset County clerk's office.
 
Watchung Hills Board of Education: Peter Fallon and Bob Morrison
Unofficial results show Fallon  with 1,703 votes, followed by Morrison, who received 1,497 votes.
The third candidate, Anthony Sardis, received 816 votes.
