WARREN, NJ - More than 30 seventh and eighth graders from Warren Middle School received top honors in Le Grand Concours, a highly competitive French exam, including 8th grader Paula Przybylski who, as a platinum medal winner, earned the top score in the nation in her level/division.
Gold medal winners Inica Kotasthane (7th grade) and Tiffany Wang (8th grade) placed in the top 5% of the nation in their division. Five students earned silver medals placing in the top 15% and five others placed in the top 25% with bronze medal wins.
Le Grand Concours (the National French Contest) is an annual competition sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of French. Fifty-seven 7th and 8th grade students of French teacher Kristen Boni took the written test in March. Here is a complete list of students who received recognition. Congratulations to all.
