WARREN, NJ - Regina "Jean" Luciano, a lifelong resident of New Jersey, celebrated her 100th birthday on Monday, April 15, 2019, surrounded by friends and family at her home at the Chelsea at Warren assisted living residence, 274 King George Road.

 

Mrs. Luciano was born in Harrison and spent the majority of her life raising her family in Kearney. Four of her children were at her side to share birthday cake at the Chelsea party, which featured a proclamation from Warren Mayor Gary DiNardo, presented by the Mayor's Assistant Cathy Reese.

 

Mrs. Luciano has lived at The Chelsea for five years. Many of her Chelsea friends were on hand for the event.
