WARREN, NJ - Angelo L. Tomaso fourth grade bilingual students, Kayla Peng and Joy-Anna Wang, broadcast good wishes for the Chinese New Year to staff and students during the daily announcements last week. 

Wearing festive traditional attire, their message was read in both Mandarin and English. "The Year of the Dog” is the eleventh in the 12-year cycle of the Chinese zodiac. According to Chinese zodiac analysis, individuals born in the Year of the Dog are usually independent, sincere, loyal and decisive. 

The broadcast was organized by Susan Jackson, media specialist, Suzanne Wisher, technology teacher, and Mary Sfiris, ELL teacher.

Warren Township Schools wish everyone good luck, joy, happiness and great success in the Year of the Dog and wish every parent, teacher, and student a great Chinese New Year.
