WARREN, NJ - The Township Committee is seeking to establish a Park and Ride location for Bus Service to Newark, Jersey City and New York City in order to increase the commuting options for Warren residents. 

The Warren Township Committee, represented by Township Committeeman George Lazo, is working in conjunction with the Somerset County Board of Chosen Freeholders, Somerset County Planning Division, and Ridewise Executive Director, Donna Allison. 

The goal is to improve the quality of life and commuting time of our residents. The proposed Park and Ride location has not been determined but will likely be within 1 mile from Exit 36 at I-78.

The regional private commuter bus carriers will consider offering this amenity to Warren residents if the Township can demonstrate sufficient interest in utilizing this service.


An interest survey is being conducted. Residents are encouraged to complete the on-line survey available at the Ridewise Link: http://tinyurl.com/Park-n-ride-survey and theWarren Township website:  http://www.warrennj.org

The deadline to complete the survey is May 19, 2017.
