WARREN, NJ - Anthony Rocchietti had a game-high 18 points to help Watchung Hills top North Hunterdon, 54-43, in boys' basketball on Thursday.
 
The Warriors improved their record to 5-4 with the victory.
 
 
After three close quarters, the Warriors outscored North Hunterdon in the fourth, 20-9. Justin LaCapra and David Weidlich added 10 points apiece for Watchung Hills.
 
Coach Justin Salton said, "The coaching staff is very proud of the team's performance tonight. We took care of the ball tonight, which was crucial to our success.This was a hard fought, full team effort.  We have strung together quality practices and games this week, and we will continue to challenge the team to play inspired, team basketball. It is a process, and if we continue to take steps forward, good things will happen. Back at it tomorrow."

 
Brandon Votek had 12 points and Doug Brightly added 11 for North Hunterdon.
 
The Warriors will face Bound Brook away on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
