WARREN, NJ - The Watchung Hills Regional High School boys and girls Ultimate Frisbee teams, and their coach Ken Karnas, were recognized at the last meeting of the Warren Township Committee.
Both teams are nationally ranked at No. 22 (girls) and No. 23 (boys), and in addition both teams received the 2017 spirit awards.

Coach Ken Karnas commended his teams and thanked them all for their help in mentoring the younger players. 90 students participate in the program at Watchung Hills with Karnas as the only coach.
Students also volunteer their time to help with the summer ultimate camp for students entering 6th through 10th grade. The ultimate camp is back for another year from Monday August 28 through Friday September 1 with girls in the morning and boys in the late afternoon.
