WARREN, NJ - A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for the Warren area until noon Sunday. A coating to several inches of snow, sleet and freezing rain are expected to hit the area, according to the National Weather Service. In addition a High Wind Watch is in effect from late tonight through Monday afternoon.
At 6 a.m. Sunday, the temperature in Warren was 34 degrees with freezing drizzle.
The greatest potential for high winds will be late tonight through about midday Monday. Gusts of up to 50 mph are possible.

Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines and the weight of the ice from freezing rain will increase their susceptibility to damage from the high winds.
Be prepared for icy road conditions in Warren, especially Hillcrest Road, Morning Glory Road, Warrenville Road, and Washington Avenue.
Drivers are urged to use caution.
