SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ - The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a Flood Warning for our area.
At 10:25 P.M. area basins were rising in response to the heavy rain that fell earlier this evening. The Neshanic River at Reaville has risen above flood stage to 7.2 feet, the service said.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
