WARREN, NJ - What will you be thankful for this Thanksgiving Day? We asked some local people to give us answers to that question, and to reflect on what they feel gratitude for this Thanksgiving, either on a personal or community level.
"I am Thankful to be living in a country that has given me the opportunity to work at a job I love, to be a public servant in Warren for 21 years, and to sit at the Thanksgiving table with my family, especially my husband, Ralph, who recently went through some very challenging surgery. Warren will be thankful for the diversity that the residents have brought to our town with different cultures, values & opinions. That is what makes our town a desirable place to buy a home, raise children & retire." -Carolann Garafola
"A family member who was sick last year at this time is now healed and healthy! " Pat Leonhart
"I'm thankful for my family and our dog Summer." Jake Nemcek
"Warren will be thankful for many passionate and quality teachers that love working with our community.
I will be thankful for health, a wonderful family, friends, and the opportunity to impact many lives as a teacher and coach. " Justin A. Salton

"Incredibly thankful for a great team over at Warren Middle, that continuously encourages my son and challenges him to develop far beyond the standard limits of his autism.  Grateful, as well, that we were able to visit with my adoptive uncle, before his recent passing.  And as always, thankful beyond words for each person who has become part of our extended family over the years.  Happy Thanksgiving!
