WARREN, NJ -The first school board meeting of 2016 was held Tuesday night  with three members sworn in to the Watchung Hills Regional High School Board of Education a new board president and vice-president named.

Three incumbent board members were sworn in on Tuesday: Warren Township's Dr. Gregory Przybylski , Watchung's Barry Huntsunger and Long Hill's Christopher R. Collins all returned as representatives on the board.

Dr. Gregory Przybylski was nominated and selected as board president, and Robert Morrison of Warren was nominated and selected as vice-president for this year.
Meetings will be held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month in the high school Media Center beginning with an Executive Session at 7 p.m.  and a Public Session at 7:30 p.m. One meeting is scheduled for July, August, September and December.
Morrison said, "I  am honored to have been selected by my peers to serve as Vice President of the Watchung Hills Regional Board of Education. While it is a well worn phrase... it really is an honor and a privilege to be of service to our community. In keeping with the trust our community has shown me... I will continue to do the very best I can to provide the highest quality education for our students so they may be empowered with the skills, knowledge and thirst for life-long learning as they pursue their dreams and invent the future."
