“We are so happy we found a way to win on a night when we honored seven great family members tonight: Julia Burton, Bianca Martino, Sara Schultz, Steven Bressler, Gavin DeFuria, Mike Hopwood, and Dan Pilsbury,” said WHRHS head coach Justin Salton. “We struggled all night to get into a rhythm, and Hillsborough played a great game. Fortunately for us we made some huge plays and knocked down our free throws which was crucial (23 of 27). Student section was awesome once again and I am so honored to coach these great young men, don't want the season to ever end.”

”Congratulations to Coach Salton, his staff, and all of our Boys Basketball Warriors, especially our Seniors, who pulled off an incredible win tonight in double overtime on Senior Night!” said WHRHS Director of Athletics Chris Van Vliet. “We are very proud of you all! Go Warriors!“

Jackson Parham led Hillsborough with 12 points.

Watchung Hills is now 14-6 on the season and next plays Somerville at home at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
