FLEMINGTON, NJ - Third time is the charm. The Watchung Hills boys basketball team defeated Hunterdon Central on Tuesday, 46-43, in the quarterfinal round of the Skyland Conference Tournament Blue Division.

“Toughest family wins,” said WHRHS head coach Justin Salton. “They beat us twice this year, we weren’t going to let it happen a third time. So proud of our boys for beating a top 20 team in the state. That’s playoff basketball right there.“

The two earlier contests this year Central won, 58-53, and 67-65.
