WARREN, NJ - Watchung Hills boys basketball advanced to the semifinals of the Somerset County Tournament with a  45-37 win over Montgomery in the quarterfinals on Tuesday. Michael Bressler led the team with 12 points. Brian Hopwood and Pat Stefurak added 11 and 10 points respectively. 


“Montgomery is a very well coached team and we are proud of the guys for their fight and grit tonight,” said WHRHS head coach Justin Salton. “Obviously we have a monumental semifinal matchup against one of the best teams in NJ who have beaten us twice already.”

The Warriors next play at Gill St. Bernard’s on Thursday.
