WARREN, NJ - In another marathon game, the Watchung Hills varsity boys soccer team outlasted Hunterdon Central, No. 12 in The Star-Ledger Top 20, by a 2-1 score in double overtime.

All tallied. there were 29 shots on goal for both sides. J. P. Gavin made 14 saves for Watchung Hills and Hunterdon Central's  Cameron Zell had 15 saves. 
Watchung Hills took a 1-0 lead on a Bryan Gerber goal. Before the final whistle blew,  Hunterdon Central tied the game on a John Goodwin goal.
In the second overtime period, Kyle Cevallos ended the battle when he received a pass from Daniel Fonseca and scored the game-winning goal.
