WARREN, NJ - Jack Stefurek kicked a 25-yard field goal with 29 seconds left to lift Watchung Hills over Montgomery, 24-23, on Friday night, Senior Night.

All senior football players, cheerleaders and band members were recognized along with their parents. After the football players and cheerleaders were honored, Watchung Hills students sang the national anthem.

Montgomery scored first when Anthony Loprespi intercepted the Warriors and returned for a 31 yard TD. Colin Motherway's kick was good but the Warriors answered back with an 87 yard TD run by Nadir Beyah. Jack Stefurak's kick was blocked and the Warriors trailed 7-6.

Watchung Hills took a 13-7 lead into the half after Frank Rica caught a 10 yard pass from Mark Ball and Jack Stefurek's kick was good. Then, Jake Schiazo caught a 23-yard touchdown to close the point gap for Montgomery. 

Ball threw for 169-yards and completed 11 of 24 attempts for the Warriors.

It was the second time this season Stefurak kicked a game-winning, 25-yard field goal in the final minute.

On the last home game senior quarterback Mark Ball tweeted," That's a good Senior Night."
