WARREN, NJ - Lindsay Wolf scored twice to lead Watchung Hills over Woodbridge in the NJSIAA North 2 Group IV first round on Monday, 6-0.

Kelly Fitzgerald and Arianna Valenti each added one goal and one assist. Lauren Dolce netted one, Chloe Ferreira added two assists and Allie Gilmore had one assist. 

“Winning state tournament games are never easy, so I’m proud of the players for their effort, and looking forward to a great challenge in the next round against Scotch Plains,” said WHRHS head coach Brian Figueiredo.

In goal, Kaylee Donnelly and Nicole Entrup combined for six saves for the Warriors.

Mya Maggiore made 13 saves in goal for Woodbridge.

Watchung Hills is now 11-5-1 on the season and will next face Scotch Plains-Fanwood in the next round on Thursday at 2 p.m. in Scotch Plains.
