WARREN, NJ - The Watchung Hills Lady Warriors knocked off Hunterdon Central in Flemington for the first time since 2012, 1-0, and Matt Grunstein allowed only one goal, and saved 11, to lead Watchung Hills Boys Soccer to a 3-1 victory over Hunterdon Central on Saturday at home.


In a match riddled with yellow cards, Watchung Hills Boys Soccer took an early lead and led 2-0 at the half.  Tyler Pereira and Ryan Santos added one goal and one assist apiece and Pawel Cudnoch added a goal.

Andrew Pannone scored for Hunterdon Central in the second half.

In Flemington, the Watchung Hills Lady Warriors' only goal came from Ally Grunstein. Freshman goalkeeper Kaylee Donnelly made 10 saves, including a thrilling stop during a one-on-one opportunity in the first half.

Bristol Pizzuto saved nine for Hunterdon Central.
