Go Warriors! “

On offense, Bean went 2-for-4 with two RBI,Lauren Chapleski went 2-for-3 with a run, Hurley went 1-for-3, and Dani LaCanna went 1-for-3 for Watchung Hills.
“We're in the part of the season where you need to give your best effort or your season is over and that's what we were able to do today,” said WHRHS assistant coach Jeff Dealamen. We played tight defense, we got some timely hits and we got a great performance out of Robin. That's our recipe to beat good teams like Bridgewater. When Robin is on her game like she was today, only giving up four hits and striking out double digit batters, we're really tough to beat. I have to acknowledge Erin Bean for getting the two biggest hits of the game for us, driving in that run in the 3rd to get us started and put us ahead early and then of course the big game-winning walk-off double in the bottom of the 7th. That kind of senior experience is just invaluable when you're playing high pressure games like this. The girls have just worked really hard to get this far and we're excited for the opportunity to keep things going tomorrow at JP Stevens.“
Samantha Mazzagatti allowed six for Bridgewater-Raritan.
