MILLTOWN, NJ - Halloween is in the air and after a one-year pandemic-induced hiatus, Milltown's popular Haunted River Walk returns with a scare. Deadly Decades, featuring Joyce Kilmer's Class of 2022, takes over the Mill Pond Park's walking path to give Halloween lovers an early shiver.
