Delayed Opening: Hazardous Weather Outlook for Warren, Watchung and Somerset County

WARREN, NJ - The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Somerset and other counties in New Jersey until 10 a.m. Thursday.  Any untreated roads will become slippery.
