WARREN, NJ - The snow was a bust but the National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch through Sunday afternoon. Rain, heavy at times, will continue to about noon on Sunday. In the afternoon, temperatures are forecasted to drop to around 25 and remain below freezing for the rest of the day and into Monday.

These temperature drops produce a condition called 'Black Ice" - the road may appear wet but is actually frozen, resulting in mororists losing traction. 

Sunday's high is expected to be around 41, but on Sunday night, temperatures are expected to drop to the single digits.

On Monday, expect a mostly sunny day with a high near 15, Mondy night will see temperatures drop into the single digits. 

For Tuesday, the day is expected to be sunny with a high near 28.
