WARREN, NJ - Ben Ant allowed just one run over 4 2/3 innings off three  hits with four strikeouts to earn the win for the Watchung Hills Hustlin’ Warriors baseball team over Immaculata on Thursday, 2-1.

Casey DeMarco came in with runners on first and second and no outs in the 7th inning to earn the save. James McKenna went 1-for-3 with a double and run scored for the Warriors. Felix Diaz went 2-for-3 with a home run for Immaculata.

“Another great start for Ant,” said WHRHS Head coach Joe Tremarco. “Got out of some high pressure situations but did what a Senior who’s been there does...pitched his way out. Great defense behind him all day and DeMarco came up huge in the 7th. Just happy our guys got to be on the winning side of yet another close game.”
