BOUND BROOK, NJ –A 47-year-old Bound Brook woman has been arrested and charged with selling Oxycodone here and in Bridgewater, according to  Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson.

 Maria Yagual of Wheatland Ave, Bound Brook, is charged with 3rd degree distribution of Oxycodone.  She was released on her own recognizance following her arrest on March 28 at her home.

Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office detectives had been tipped that Yagual was distributing Oxycodone, according to Robertson. A Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office undercover detective met with Yagual and purchased Oxycodone from her.   As a result of the sale , Task Force members, along with members of the Bound Brook Police Department arrested Yagual. She was transported to the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office where she was charged before being released.
