WARREN, NJ - Warren Township Chief of Police William E. Keane on Wednesday announced the arrest of Samuel Wasserman, age 27 of Warren, NJ, following an extensive investigation into several acts of criminal mischief reported throughout the township.

 The investigation revealed, dating back to 2019, Wasserman has been committing acts of graffiti on various buildings, utility and communication boxes, water company property, numerous street signs,and park kiosks totaling damages exceeding $16,000, Keane said

On Aug. 5, based on the facts of the case and evidence collected, a charge of Criminal Mischief (3rd degree) was authorized against Wasserman by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office, according to the release. He was issued a complaint summons and provided with a Somerset County Superior Court date.
