BERNARDS TWP., NJ _ The Farmstead Arts Center in Basking Ridge will present its annual Members’ Art Show in the Farm House Gallery from April 14 to June 9, with member artists from the area presenting works in a wide variety of media.
Opening reception on April 14
There will be an opening reception from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 14 at the Farmstead Arts at 450 King George Road. Admission is free.
The Farmstead Arts Center is presenting its fifth annual Members’ Art Show in galleries housed in the beautifully restored 18th century Dutch colonial farmhouse at the Bernards Township-owned facility.
Among the artists exhibiting are Divya Ananth of Bridgewater; Sandy Furst, Suzanne Helwig, Anne Lanphear, Dave Clark and Martine White of Basking Ridge; Nancy Boney and Alejandro Roy of Bedminster; Wendy Bellerman of Maplewood; Stefano Junior of North Plainfield and Warren artist Peggye Trombo.
The artists will present works in a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylic, oil, pencil, charcoal, collage, ceramic, pottery, and digital composition.
Most works are for sale and many of the artists will be present at the opening reception. While the show is running, gallery hours will be 1 to 4 p.m. on Sundays and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday through Wednesday. The Farm House is wheelchair accessible.
