Wayne YMCA Free Community Day

September 3, 2019, Wayne, NJ – On Saturday, September 21 from 8:00am-12:00pm, the Wayne YMCA will be holding a free open house for the community.  Enjoy activities for the entire family, including:

  • Group Exercise Marathon
  • Sports Classes
  • Outdoor Exploration
  • Bounce House
  • Theater Club demonstrations
  • Afterschool Club demonstrations

Guests who join the Y during the open house will pay $0 Joiner Fees!  Join with a friend and receive 20% off your monthly membership dues!

Families can also take advantage of Summer Camp Early Bird pricing.  Pay 2019 rates for 2020 summer camp!  Enter a camp raffle to win:

  • 3 months of membership
  • 1 month of swim lessons
  • Parents Night Out or Drop & Shop program

For more information call 973-595-0100.  The Y is located at 1 Pike Drive in Wayne.  Guest over 18 years of age must present a government issued photo ID to access the facility.

Cesar Jerez oil painting exhibit at Laurelwood Arboretum

 

The popular exhibit of oil paintings by César Jerez at the Knippenberg Center for Education at Laurelwood Arboretum has been extended to November 10. Admission is free, and the public is invited to attend. The Knippenberg Center is open Tuesdays through Sundays from 12 noon to 4 pm.
