WAYNE, NJ - Because of the coronavirus pandemic and worries of spread, the Wayne Town Council passed an ordinance canceling the Town Council meeting scheduled for the first of the month.  The Council will only meet once per month, on the the third Wednesday.

This means the April 1 meeting is canceled and it if the restrictions continue, then the May 6 meeting will be canceled as well.

"If there is any change to the regular venue and/or format to these meetings appropriate notice will be sent to the newspapers, posted on our website, channel 77 and our social media accounts.," said Paul Margiotta, the Township Clerk
