Boys Lacrosse: Caldwell Routs Cinnaminson, 15-2, in First Round of State Tourney


WEST CALDWELL, NJ - James T. Miller scored four goals and had two assists to lead Caldwell to a 15-2 boys lacrosse victory over Cinnaminson in the opening round of the NJSIAA South Jersey, Group 1 state tournament Wednesday afternoon.

Dan Fano finished with three goals and one assist for Caldwell (13-5), which took an 8-1 halftime lead after a 5-0 second quarter.

Anthony Costigan and Vince D'Agostino each scored two goals for the Chiefs, who outscored Cinnaminson, 20-10. Goalie Frankie Genello made six saves.
