WEST CALDWELL, NJ — Caldwell-West Caldwell residents are invited to support a good cause during their next haircut or blowout by participating in a Cut-a-Thon event at Panico Salon of West Caldwell on Sunday, March 3, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in support of the Music & More Booster Club at James Caldwell High School (JCHS).
The Music & More Booster Club, a volunteer-based nonprofit organization, supports the performing arts programs at JCHS by awarding college scholarships, purchasing equipment for the school performing arts center, supporting field trips and workshops and helping to offset the costs of special productions.
For a $25 cash donation, a fraction of the usual cost for a stylish salon look, guests will be assigned to one of the salon’s professional stylists for a blowout, haircut or braid.
There is no need to make an appointment to participate in this event, during which the salon will open specially for the cause. According to the Music & More Booster Club, the stylists are all donating their time to support local high school students.
Panico Salon, a luxury retail boutique with three full-service locations in New Jersey, has been a member of business community for more than 20 years and has been known to support the community it calls home.
