Fairfield PD Investigating Horseneck Road Burglary

FAIRFIELD, NJ - The Fairfield Police Department is actively investigating a residential burglary that took place at approximately 11:16 a.m. on November 7, 2014 on Horseneck Road near Voelker Road according to Chief Anthony Manna. A witness contacted police after seeing two men run from the residence carrying items and leaving the front door wide open.

The suspects then got into what is believed to be a newer model white Jeep (possibly Compass) that appeared to have a temporary license plate. A third suspect was in the driver seat, waiting for the others.

All three men were believed to be white or Hispanic males. The two that came out of the residence were wearing black hoodies. The driver was wearing a blue jacket and was balding. An undisclosed amount of jewelry and currency was taken.
