NORTH CALDWELL, NJ - The West Essex football team scored six touchdowns in the first half and cruised to a 42-0 victory over Ferris of Jersey City Friday night.

Zach Lemanski threw two touchdown passes and West Essex received TDs from six different players. all in the first half as West Essex defeated Ferris 42-0 in North Caldwell. Lemanski connected with Phil Lutz on a 68-yard TD pass to open the scoring. Joe D'Albo returned a punt 54 yards for a TD and Nick Celentano returned an interception 30 yards for a score.

Lemanski hit Ryan Rusignuolo for a 5-yard TD pass and Anthony Sangillo and Will Perez each had rushing TDs to close out the scoring for West Essex (6-1).
