WEST CALDWELL, NJ -- Four members of the James Caldwell High School boys lacrosse program on Wednesday signed their letters of intent with colleges, where they intend to continue playing the sport after their graduation in 2020.

Matt DiBlasio, Connor Hapward, Jaden Pezzolla and Ben Kopen all took part in the ceremony.

DiBlasio, a midfielder, will attend Marist College. He had 32 goals and 25 assists as a junior in 2019, and 16 goals and 25 assists the season before.

Hapward, a goalie, will attend Manhattan College. Hapward made 114 saves and allowed 3.3 goals per game as a junior.

Pezzolla, who has been a defender and a long-stick midfielder, will continue his career at the University of Scranton.

Kopen, a defender, is headed to Rollins College. He was credited with 34 groundballs last season.
