LIVINGSTON, NJ -- The Caldwell girls basketball team started slow, but came back to take a 38-33 victory over Livingston on Tuesday.

Brielle Guarente scored 18 points for Caldwell (9-2), which outscored Livingston, 15-6, in the second quarter to take a 19-14 halftime lead.

Lauren Sanderson scored 14 points for Caldwell, which has now won five straight games since a Jan. 9 loss to Morristown-Beard.

Sarah Cullen led Livingston (10-2) with 11 points and Lauren Belcuore amassed 15 rebounds for the Lancers.
