CALDWELL, NJ – Principal James Brown announced the November Students of the Month for Grover Cleveland Middle School (GCMS), Caldwell. To be nominated as Student of the Month, students must achieve academic success, exhibit appropriate behavior, possess a positive and friendly attitude, be genuine in that they are understanding, honest, and caring, and be a creative thinker. The teachers nominate and then select one student from each grade.

This month’s students are sixth grader Ethan Cavallo, seventh grader Jacob Sievers and eighth grader DeeAnna Meluso.

“Ethan walks into class every single day with a smile!” said sixth grade teachers Mike Teshkoyan, Christine Forte, Heather McCarthy and Amanda Keenan. “He is very kind and respectful to his teachers as well as his classmates.  He comes to class prepared with his assignments, always ready to answer any question, and always willing to help a classmate!”
