CEDAR GROVE, NJ - Limitless Kids Spring Program Session begins the week of April 17. We have had such a positive response to our past programs that we decided to add more days and times to the Spring Session.

Sensory Smart Kids Class

This is an 8-week movement group designed for children between the ages of 7 and 12 years of age. The "Sensory Smart" program was developed using Occupational Therapy based practices and techniques to promote motor learning while engaging in sensory activities alongside peers. Session will be Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm. It starts April 19th and will be $129 for eight sessions and only $50 more for all sixteen. Drop- ins welcome! *Parents inquire about our sibling rates and discounts for CrossFit Cedar Grove members and therapy clients.

Mommy and Me (Daddy and Nanny too)

This is a 10-week educational playgroup designed for "pre-crawlers" and first time mothers. Our "Mommy and Me" learn- and-move playgroups were created by an Occupational Therapist to empower parents not only with knowledge of the developmental stages, but also techniques to support the physical, emotional, and mental needs of his/her child through play. Sessions will be held Sundays at 9:30am and Thursdays at 10:45am. They will start on April 17th. It will be $199 for all ten sessions. Space is limited so enroll now!
Sensory Social Skills Groups

These groups are designed for children of all ages. We are currently conducting sessions for children between the
ages of 3 and 6; however, enrolling for all ages. Screenings must be conducted prior to enrollment. Time and consideration goes into each group and will only be created when the "right fit" is found. Don't wait to schedule your screening.

Open Sensory Gym Play

Our Open Sensory Gym times were created to provide parents an opportunity to play with their children in a sensory-rich environment. They can practice new skills introduced by our Limitless Kids staff while promoting a close family environment.

A Royal Pain

I went to a big wedding over the weekend.  It was in England.

I like to think I was invited, but according to the Royal Guards and the Thames Valley Police I was not.  But more about that later.

You see, not too long ago I received an evite addressed to me from H&M@royalwedbot.co.uk.  Curiously, it was in my spam folder with a warning message. For an evite it was pretty ...
