VERONA, NJ — Jennifer Hawley of Caldwell was recently installed as president of the Rotary Club of the Caldwells at its installation dinner at the Richfield Regency in Verona.
Hawley is a Vice President/Director of Retail Banking-Northern Region at Kearney Bank. A member of the club since 2013, she also served as chairwoman of the Rotary/Kiwanis Street Fair in 2016 during its 25th year.
She was one of 13 recipients of the NJ Bankers League 2016 New Leaders in Banking Award, which is presented to emerging banking leaders in the state of New Jersey under the age of 40.
Hawley is also a certified Financial Literacy Instructor and a member of the North Essex Chamber of Commerce.
Also during the annual installation dinner, the Rotary Club honored Dr. Nancy Blattner, President of Caldwell University, by presenting the S. M. "Sam" Kent "Service Above Self Award.” According to the Rotary, Blattner has made substantial contributions to the community as both president of the local university and as a member of the Kiwanis Club.
