WEST CALDWELL, NJ — Daniel Antonelli, Esq., was officially sworn in as assistant prosecutor to the Township of West Caldwell on Tuesday during a special ceremony at the mayor and council meeting.  

Antonelli currently serves as township attorney for the Township of Union, where he has served since 1998, as well as city attorney for the City of Linden, where he has served since 2012. Since 2009, he has also served as the municipal prosecutor for the Borough of Fanwood. Antonelli is also the founding partner of the Union-based law firm of Antonelli/Kantor.

Antonelli was joined by his wife and four children as he swore to support the United States Constitution and the Constitution of the State of New Jersey; to bear true faith and allegiance to the same and to the governments established in the United States and New Jersey under the authority of the people; and to faithfully, impartially and justly perform all the duties of his new position to the best of his ability.
